Röda Ulven (The red wolf) has taken its name from Ulvön (Wolf Island), which is seen to be the Mecca of Swedish surströmming. ​Surströmming that is not filleted have a chance of containing roe, and that is considered a delicacy among many connoisseurs. ​Contains 6-8 fermented herrings.​
