Warranty
If Product was refrigerated, once received, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a failure of the Purchase. You are entitled to have the Product replaced if the Product fail to be of acceptable quality.
 
You may make a claim under this cause for Product defects within 90 days from the date of purchase.
 
In order to make a Claim during the Warranty Period, you must provide your order number and provide proof (image or video) of Product defects by email at [email protected].
 
Where the Warranty Claim is accepted then Surstromming.com will, at its sole discretion, replace any unacceptable Products with a new or equivalent during the Warranty Period at no charge. 

Shipping issues
It is the responsibility of the customer to directly contact the shipping carrier regarding any shipping issues if Surstromming.com has informed about it. Failure to do so will result in the company not offering a refund.
