Röda Ulven (Fillets) Surströmming 300 g
Röda Ulven, (The Red Wolf) was established in 1946. Röda Ulven soon became synonymous with fermented herring with its eye-catching packaging and is Sweden's leading brand today. Röda Ulven has taken its name from Ulvön, (Wolfs Island), the Mecca of the Swedish surströmming. The word "Röda" (red) comes from that the island completely glows in red thanks to the beautiful red Rapakivi granite.
This can contain filleted surströmming, which is quite convenient to use. It includes 6-8 fermented herrings and has a net weight of 300g.

Contents as flavorful as I remember. However the fillets themselves were mostly broken or falling apart. In the past the fillets were much cleaner and more shapely.
Ze stuurden me een blik voer dat over twee weken over de datum zou zijn. Ik ben er enorm ontevreden over.
The tin arrived and the seal had already weakened and opened around the lip top.
So not sure if it is safe to continue, as says once open should be kept in refrigerator and I'm not sure how long since the failed seal occurred.
