Kallax Surströmming manufactured by BD Fisk, is one of Norrbotten's oldest companies. Formed out at the Gulf of Bothnia in 1928, fishers created a fish sales association to sell their products over a larger geographical area.
This is the big brother of the Kallax family and is recommended for the true enthusiast. The high amount of fishes gives good odds on finding a fish containing roe.
Contains 10-13 fermented herrings. Net weight 475 g.
